Hey friends! I’m back at it again! It’s been too long! Today I’m going to delve into things you can do now that Game of Thrones has officially ended. I know, my heart is broken too. But now you can start doing other productive things in your life to take your mind off of it! Just like always I’ve done my research into five things you should be doing with your life. Let’s start now:
Tip One: Start a weekly exercise regimen
You don’t have to go all in or join CrossFit or anything crazy. Maybe just start doing yoga a couple of mornings of the week or go on a run. You’ll feel better about yourself and it’s good for you! And it’s a great way to get your mind off of things.
Tip Two: Find a creative outlet
Do some writing in a journal or attempt to compose a poem or two! Channeling emotions into creativity is a great escape and it’s good for the soul. Who knows, you might find something new that you’re great at!
Tip Three: Be more social!
Talk to strangers on the bus. Say thank you and ask how the barista’s day is going. Humans are social creatures. And there’s never harm in making new friends. Perhaps they liked Game of Thrones too.
Tip Four: Go out of your comfort zone
This is scary, I know. But how can you expect to do anything new if you don’t step out of what you know? You may find that you like it! It doesn’t have to be massive; try a new coffee drink or maybe a different pizza. Or you can go bigger; go a different route to work or school, or maybe text that person you’re always scared to text first!
Tip Five: Travel
Traveling is great for the mind and soul. There’s nothing like exploring a new city or discovering a gem in nature. Go hiking, fly on planes, travel aboard boats. Go see new things!
Well, hopefully, I’ve listed a few new things that will keep your mind off of Game of Thrones and will make you a bit happier in your day to day life. If you want more ideas or just to talk, shoot me a raven. I’m always available. Stay colorful, loves
